Essential Oil Treatments – More Than You Can Imagine!

Saturday, August 21st, 2010

I have been using Young Living essential oils for over a year and in my practice I wouldn’t work without them since they have become so important to my clients.  I use them to treat all my clients because they are so effective.  In addition to the oils I do utilize other methods to give comfort, such as assisting the client with stretches, head lifts and arm pulls.

Using Massage Therapy for Arthritis Pain Relief

Saturday, August 14th, 2010

I have clients who come to me with arthritis pain — in the hands, knees, back and toes.  I have found that using different essential oils have given much relief for the pain.  The oils I use are not a cure, but they sure relieve arthritic pain.  Most important, massage increases circulation, which increases blood flow to all parts of the body and helps the body to move more easily, reducing pain.
